China – ELI Beamlines cooperation

On 1^stof July, we welcomed the vice chairman of the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (STCSM) Qigao ZHU and the director Xin CHEN with a delegation at ELI Beamlines. They were guided by Roman Hvězda and Stefan Weber from ELI Beamlines. STCSM supports development of a 100 PW laser system „Station of Extreme Light (SEL)“ at the Shanghai Superintense Ultrafast Laser Facility (SULF). They want to cooperate with ELI Beamlines in the field of ultra intense interaction.
